DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED
We are bound and determined to get on the barbeque circuit and enter our pulled porcine into the granddaddy of all competitions—Memphis in May. To get us to the big show, we've committed to roasting a whole hog at least once a year to tweak our efforts to reach barbeque nirvana.
